Besonders interessant waren hier die Einblicke in die internen Strukturen, mit denen sich durch die Arbeit am Projekt beschäftigt wurde. Dass die Bewertung der Betreuung als nur mittelmäßig eingestuft wird, </ins>ist <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">lediglich auf einen ungeplanten Stillstand der Projektarbeit zurückzuführen, in dessen Zeitraum die Mitarbeiter nur wenig Kapazität für eine Betreuung hatten. Das Arbeitsklima in der Bibliothek war insgesamt gut. Die Bibliothek bietet Praktika meist im Rahmen von Projekten an, die von den Praktikanten selbstständig er- und bearbeitet werden sollen.
